Daniels Marketplace is a 106,729-square-foot center featuring the only Whole Foods Market in Fort Myers. Newly constructed and opened in 2018, Phase one of the center has experienced impressive, sustained foot traffic. In 2023 alone, Daniels Marketplace experienced over 1.4 million visits and boasted an average guest dwell time of around one hour.

The 24,616-square-foot expansion at Daniels Marketplace is close to completion. Located at the northeast corner of the center, near the 6 Mile Cypress Parkway entrance and adjacent to Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, this exciting addition brings a dynamic mix of new retailers. Now open are Bluemercury, Fidelity Investments, Lovesac, J.Jill, J.McLaughlin, and V/O Med Spa. The expansion also features a public green space, perfect for center events and leisure activities.

The center is located in an area of tremendous population growth and has excellent visibility at the heavily trafficked (approximately 68,400 VPD*) intersection of two primary routes: Daniels Parkway and 6-mile Cypress Parkway. It is just two miles west of I-75.
