Daniels Marketplace

Daniels Marketplace is a 106,729-square-foot center featuring the only Whole Foods Market in Fort Myers. Newly constructed and opened in 2018, Phase one of the center has experienced impressive, sustained foot traffic. In 2023 alone, Daniels Marketplace experienced over 1.4 million visits and boasted an average guest dwell time of around one hour.

A 24,616-square-foot expansion project broke ground in January 2024. Due to be completed in Fall/Winter 2024. Phase Two development is located at the northeast corner of the current center, adjacent to the 6 Mile Cypress Parkway entrance and directly next to Kekes Breakfast Cafe. Confirmed tenants coming to the 24,616-square-foot addition include Bluemercury, Fidelity Investments, Lovesac, J. Jill, J. McLaughlin, and Vio Med Spa, with more to be announced shortly. The new development will also introduce public green space available for center events and leisure activities.

The center is located in an area of tremendous population growth and has excellent visibility at the heavily trafficked (approximately 68,400 VPD*) intersection of two primary routes: Daniels Parkway and 6-mile Cypress Parkway. It is just two miles west of I-75.

Daniels Marketplace is well positioned within a robust trade area with a population of 448,852. The area includes more than 16 sought-after golf and country club residential communities, with home values ranging from $1 million to $5 million+.

The center benefits from being part of a major retail hub with nearly six million square feet of shops. The area is home to the most popular national stores including T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Cost Plus World Market, Costco Wholesale, Stein Mart, and more.
