FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sudbury, MA – Wilder, a Boston-based real estate development, management, and leasing firm, in partnership with TA Realty, a Boston-based investment firm representing center ownership, is pleased to announce the completion of a stunning facade renovation and center revitalization project at Sudbury Plaza in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The project also includes the addition of vibrant public art murals, upgraded lighting, landscaping, and signage to enhance the shopping center’s pedestrian flow and modern aesthetic appeal, creating an inviting and engaging environment for shoppers.

The new murals, created by local artist Erica Hagler at Blindfox Art, showcase her ability to blend street and pop art, adding a dynamic and colorful dimension to the shopping center. The upgraded lighting, signage, and landscaping further enrich the overall ambiance of the space.

We are thrilled to unveil the transformed facade and the captivating public art murals at Sudbury Plaza,” said Tom Wilder, a Partner at Wilder. “We truly appreciate the support we have received from our tenants, Town staff, and the community.”

On October 16, a ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at the center, where members of the Town of Sudbury, tenants, members of the community, and the local charitable foundation, Hope Sudbury, gathered with the project team to celebrate the completion of the project. The project team was excited to present Hope Sudbury with a donation check during the event. This contribution supports their vision of engaging the Sudbury community in collective efforts to provide humanitarian aid to those in need, both at home and abroad.

“Engaging with our community is a critical factor at all of our centers. We are committed to creating contemporary, inviting, and visually stimulating destinations, and we hope the community in Sudbury and surrounding towns will enjoy the new Sudbury Plaza for many years to come.” said Jessica Pollack, Officer – Asset Management at TA.

In addition to the recent renovations, a “Little Free Library” will be installed at the Plaza playground. With the active participation of the community, Sudbury Plaza invites everyone to use the entire space and experience the enhanced visual appeal and vibrant atmosphere created by this recent project.
