Dover Crossing changes ownership
Boston (May 11, 2020)— Wilder, the national retail real estate leasing, management, and development firm, was again selected to manage and lease Dover Crossing, a dominant grocery-anchored center in Dover, New Hampshire, one of the state’s fastest growing cities.
The 164,900 square foot shopping center, anchored by Shaw’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Petco, was recently purchased by Essential Properties, LLC of Portsmouth, New Hampshire from Unison Realty Partners of Boston, who had retained Wilder for the center since their 2012 acquisition.
Located on Route 108/Central Avenue, Dover Crossing is well-located in the heart of the city’s retail district and adjacent to a thriving daytime population including Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Liberty Mutual’s largest office outside of Boston. In addition to its well-performing anchors stores, the center features Ace Hardware, Rite Aid, Orangetheory Fitness, Xfinity, and Bank of New Hampshire.
“Having been a part of Dover Crossing for the past eight years, we are pleased to be able to provide continuity and the high level of service needed to ensure the ongoing success of the shopping center,” said Paige Quigley, Wilder’s Vice President, Asset Management.
Said Ryan Feinberg, Director, Retail Leasing, “the combination of local market knowledge with our wide-ranging tenant relations served to create the center’s well-rounded merchandise mix, positioning Dover Crossing as a market leader. We look forward to using our leasing acumen and industry relationships to continue enhancing the center’s value for ownership,”
